Overlanding gear fabrication is the process of designing and building custom systems for self-reliant adventure travel. When you work with our team, you work alongside adventurers who approach each project by understanding how you plan to use your rig, from recovery gear to cooking needs at your campsite. Our team manages the entire process in-house to maintain consistent quality from start to finish, and we develop CAD renderings so you can see how your system will look and function before fabrication begins.

A. Our overlanding gear is built for wherever your adventures take you. We design and test our products on our own rigs across a range of terrain, from the hills and backroads of Kentucky and Ohio to desert travel in Death Valley, canyon country around Monument Valley, and the trails of Moab. If your rig needs to perform far from help, that's exactly what we build for.
Q. Can I request custom products/modifications, or do you have set styles?
A. We love custom projects at Talsit! We manufacture all our products in small batches and assemble them by hand, which gives us some flexibility to make modifications if needed.
Q. Do you serve Columbus-area customers, and how does the process work?
A. Absolutely. Columbus is one of our core service areas. Many of our Columbus customers are building rigs for longer trips into the region and beyond, and we work collaboratively with you from initial design through final testing.
